ODESSA ó Waverly swept the three doubles matches to post a 5-2 win over Odessa-Montour here Wednesday afternoon in IAC tennis action.

Waverly ace senior Hunter Heath remained unbeaten this season with a 6-0, 6-0 win over Jordan Robinson in the first singles match.

Waverly junior Seth Lloyd won the third singles match with a 6-1, 6-3 decision over Jonathon Myers. Robinson and Myers usual form O-Mís No. 1 doubles team, but were pressed into singles action with the absence of several seniors, including the Indiansí top singles player Curtis Harris, for their senior trip.

O-Mís Billy Tague, and DeShawn Johnson notched wins in the other singles matches.

Seniors Tyler Brooks and Zack Baldwin rallied to win the first doubles match. After dropping the first set 5-7 to Sara Gardner and Rhys Stermer, the Waverly duo won the next two sets by scores of 6-2, 6-3.

Junior Hailey Onofre, and freshman Collin Keefer won 6-0, 6-1 in the second doubles match.

Senior Theresa Kraus, and junior Mike Zimmer needed three sets to win the third doubles match. After dropping the first set 3-6 to O-Mís Bronyun Stermer, and Jacy Kapp, the Waverly duo rallied with wins of 6-2 and 6-2.

Waverly, now 3-1, returns to action Friday at Trumansburg.
