THE VALLEY A Valley rivalry will be renewed at the Valley Bowling Center this afternoon, and the Waverly boys swim team will open the 2018-19 campaign at home.

BOYS BOWLING
Waverly (8-0) at Tioga (4-0), 3:30 p.m. @ Valley Bowling Center:
The Wolverines are coming off a sweep of Notre Dame Wednesday, while the Tigers opened the season with a sweep of Candor last week.

Tioga rolled a 2,778 at the Owego Bowl last week, while Waverly rolled series of 2,754 and 2,782 the last two days.

GIRLS BOWLING
Waverly (8-0) at Tioga (0-4), 3:30 p.m. @ Valley Bowling Center:
The Lady Wolverines are coming off a sweep of Notre Dame Wednesday, while the Lady Tigers were swept by Candor last week.

Waverly rolled team scores of 2,351 and 2,552 the last two days at the Valley Bowling Center, while Tioga rolled a 1,683 at the Owego Bowl.

BOYS SWIMMING
Watkins Glen at Waverly:
Waverly returns a strong core group from a team that won the IAC Duals title, and repeated as champions at the IAC meet.

Waverly racked up big wins of 93-36 and 115-35 over Watkins Glen last season.
