ONEIDA, N.Y. — Tioga freshman Sam Taylor wrapped up the Central New York PGA Junior Tour summer tour in grand fashion with a win on the final stop Friday to sew up “Player of the Year” honors in the 15U division.

Taylor led the field at the Junior Tour Championship at Yahnudasis Golf Course in New Hartford by five strokes after shooting a 3-over par round of 74 Thursday.
