THE VALLEY "” It's win-or-else on the District 4 diamonds for Sayre and Athens baseball as the Spring 2019 postseason continues in high gear.

BASEBALL
District 4, Class AA Semifinals
3-Sayre (11-8) vs. 2-Bloomsburg (10-10), 4 p.m. @ Montgomery H.S.: The Redskins are coming off an 11-0 win over Northeast Bradford Saturday, while Bloomsburg dropped a 5-3 decision to Montoursville.

The winner will face top-seed South Williamsport at Bowman Field May 28 at 4 p.m.

District 4, Class AAA Quarterfinals
5-Loyalsock (12-8) at 4-Athens (15-4), 4:30 p.m.: The Wildcats wrapped up the regular season Saturday with a 12-2 win over North Penn-Mansfield, and 15-0 over Towanda, while the Lancers blanked Jersey Shore, 10-0.
