YOUTH BASKETBALL: ATHENS 6TH-GRADE TRAVEL TEAM WINS CANDOR TOURNAMENT (2020-02-19)

CANDOR - The Athens 6th-grade travel basketball team won the championship game in the Candor Youth Boy's Basketball Tournament here this weekend.

The Athens team plays in the Pinnacle Hoops Basketball League, based in Binghamton. They are coached by Shawn Baglini and Jim Friend.

The team also went 4-0 recently to win the Wellsboro Parks & Recreation 2nd Annual Boys Basketball Tournament in Wellsboro.
