(UPDATED) WOMEN'S COLLEGE SWIMMING: WAVERLY GRAD ONOFRE RACKS UP ALL-CONFERENCE HONORS AT WELLS COLLEGE'S LEAGUE MEET (2020-03-03)

COBLESKILL, N.Y. - Waverly grad Hailey Onofre, a freshman on the Wells College swim team, earned all-conference honors in three individual events, and three relays here at the North Eastern Athletic Conference Women's Swimming Championships at SUNY Cobleskill.

Onofre finished third in the 200-yard IM in a time of 2:41.86, and finished third in the 200-yard breaststroke in a time of 2:58.84, which ranks her in the Top 10 all-time in program history. She also finished third in the 100-yard breaststroke in a time of 1:22.5 to earn third-team all-conference honors in all three events.

Onofre was part of Wells College's third-place 200-yard freestyle relay that clocked in at 1:58.11, and was also on the 800-yard freestyle relay that placed third in a time of 9:37.26 to earn two more third-team all-conference nods.

She was also on the 200-yard medley relay team that finished fourth in a time of 2:12.86 to earn fourth-team recognition.

Wells College won the team title.
