WOMEN'S COLLEGE TRACK & FIELD: RECORD-HOLDER UHL EARNS SUNYAC ACADEMIC HONORS (2020-07-20)

CORTLAND "” Waverly grad Kaylee Uhl, now a grad student, was one of 250 SUNY Cortland student-athletes to earn recognition on the 2019-20 SUNYAC Commissioner's Academic Honor Roll.

Athletes earn a spot on the list by recording at least a 3.3 cumulative grade point average. The 2019-20 school year is the fourth for the honor roll.

Uhl will also graduate with her name in the SUNY Cortland indoor track & field record book.

Uhl is part of the school record-holding foursome in the distance medley relay. Uhl teamed with Kailyn Balzano, Dana Kupiec, and Kayla Blomback in 2016 to run a school-record time of 11:54.12 "” breaking the existing record by nearly nine seconds.

Uhl is also  fifth on the all-time list in the 300-meter dash, with a time of 42.48 seconds. Kupiec is the record-holder at 41.52 seconds.
