STATE COLLEGE, Pa. - Athens grad Breana Gambrell, a junior on the Penn State women's track & field team, was a double-winner for the second consecutive week, and established new PRs in both the long jump and triple jump at the Penn State Indoor Invite here Saturday.

Gambrell began her day by winning the long jump with a leap of 20-feet, 8-inches (6.30 meters), which currently ranks No. 1 in the Big Ten, and No. 8 in the nation. She topped her previous best mark of 20-feet, 4 1/2-inches set last weekend.

Gambrell was equally impressive in the triple jump, with a hop, skip, and jump of 41-feet, 4-inches (12.60). She topped her previous personal-best mark of 40-feet, 11-inches set last weekend.

Penn State returns to action at the Big Ten Preview on Jan. 12-13 in Geneva, Ohio.
