WESTFIELD, Pa. - Sayre made 15 free throws in the fourth quarter, and rallied from a nine-point deficit to upend Cowanesque Valley, 61-59, here Friday night in NTL Small School boys basketball action.

The Indians built a 47-38 lead through three quarters, but sophomore Lucas Horton scored nine points in the fourth quarter, and junior Dom Fabbri sank 10 of 14 from the free-throw line to fuel Sayre's 23-12 run in the final eight minutes.
