THE VALLEY "” Only three events on the docket tonight, and they all pit Waverly teams against Corning, with the Waverly boys basketball team hosting the only home game.

BOYS BASKETBALL
Corning at Waverly, 5:30 p.m.JV start: The Wolverines are coming off a 69-49 loss at Elmira Saturday, and will be playing their third straight game against a Class AA, and fourth of the season.

GIRLS BASKETBALL
Waverly at Corning, 6 p.m. varsity ONLY: The Lady Wolverines are coming off back-to-back wins over Class AA Horseheads and Elmira. They will test their mettle tonight against another Class AA team.

BOYS SWIMMING
Waverly at Corning, 6 p.m.: In just their second in-person meet of the season, the Wolverines will take on Corning, which won the Section IV, Class A Championships team title last week.

The results of Waverly's Class C meet are still not available.
