YOUTH BASKETBALL: GOLD TEAMS BEAT BLUE THREE TIMES IN WAVERLY REC. HOUSE LEAGUE (2021-03-02)

WAVERLY "” The Gold teams each beat the Blue teams three times last week in the Waverly Recreation Youth Basketball House leagues here at the Elm Street School.

5th- & 6th-grade Division
GOLD 45, BLUE 29: Rylen Larson pumped in 22 points to lead Gold to a 45-29 win over Blue.

Jack Pipher and Ben Shaw each added nine points for the Gold in the win, and and Braiden Judson chipped in with five.

Bryce Laforest, Eric Lewis, and Collin Wheeler led the Blue with six points apiece.

GOLD 46, BLUE 37: Ben Shaw scored 15 points, and Jack Pipher and Rylen Larson each had nine to lead Gold to a 46-37 win over Blue.

Bryce Laforest, Dan Cummings, and Rylan Yeakel scored eight points apiece to lead the Blue.

GOLD  43, BLUE 33: The Gold used a balanced scoring attack in a 43-33 win over Blue. Ben Shaw, Rylen Larson, Jack Pipher, and Braiden Judson scored 10 points apiece for the Gold.

John Calabrese had 10 points to lead Blue, while Bryce Laforest, Collin Wheeler, and Eric Lewis added seven points apiece.

4th- & 5th-Grade Division
GOLD 20, BLUE 18: Brody Lambert, Cooper Skovira and Drew Croft each scored 5 points to lead Gold.

Connor Bentley, Griffin Walter and Hayden Roskow scored five points apiece for the Blue.
                           
GOLD 25, BLUE 22: Brycen Fiske scored eight points to lead Gold, while Jeremy Cleveland, Chase Sinsabaugh, and Drew Croft added six points apiece.

Hayden Roskow with led Blue with seven points, while Austin Conklin, Griffin Walter, and Xavier Carrasco  each scored six points.

GOLD 23, BLUE 22: Brody Lambert, Brycen Fiske and Jeremy Cleveland scored seven points apiece for Gold.

Hayden Roskow, Griffin Walter, and Connor Bentley scored six points apiece to pace the Blue.

The Waverly Recreation House League plays games every Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday at the Elm Street School until the end of March.
