The Athens baseball and softball teams host NTL Large School rival Troy, while Tioga host IAC Small School rival S-VE.

Waverly's home boys soccer game has been moved to Newark Valley. and girls soccer game has been postponed.

BASEBALL
Troy (1-2 overall, 0-2 NTL Large) at Athens (3-2, 2-0), 4:30 p.m.: The Wildcats are coming off an 8-1 win over Towanda Tuesday, while the Trojans were shellacked, 25-3, by Wellsboro.

SOFTBALL
Troy (0-3 overall, 0-2 NTL Large) at Athens (5-0, 2-0), 4:30 p.m.: The Lady Wildcats are coming off a 19-9 win over Towanda Tuesday, while the Lady Trojans dropped a 15-8 decision at Wellsboro.

Athens has scored at least 10 runs in all five games, and is averaging 14 runs per game.

VOLLEYBALL
Waverly (3-5) at Newark Valley, 5:30 p.m. JV start: The Lady Wolverines are coming off a 3-1 loss to Thomas A. Edison Wednesday, while the Lady Cardinals topped Edison, 3-1, last Thursday

Newark Valley has beaten Waverly twice this season.

S-VE at Tioga, 5:30 p.m. JV start: The Lady Tigers are coming off a 3-0 loss to Candor Thursday, while the Lady Panthers dropped a 3-1 decision at home to Newfield on Monday.

BOYS SOCCER
Waverly at Newark Valley, 4:30 p.m.: The Wolverines are coming off a 2-0 loss to SVEC, while Newark Valley edged Notre Dame, 4-3.
