MARATHON "” Waverly freshman Harper Minaker finished second here Saturday morning at the rugged Marathon Invitational, and two of her Lady Wolverine teammates finishes in the Top 20, while Waverly senior Nate Ackley and Tioga junior Thomas Hurd each finished in the Top 15 in the boys race.

GIRLS
Minaker finished second in a time of 22:06.5, while sophomore Elizabeth Vaughn was 12th in 24:08.5, and senior Olivia NIttinger was 20th in 25:17.5. Sophomore Ally Barrett was 50th in 28:21.9 for the Lady Wolverines.

Sophomore Lexy Ward led Tioga with a 30th-place finish in 27:26.1, while freshman Emily BUrrowes was 63rd in 30:55, freshman Brooke Delmage was 78th in 33:15.9, and sophomore Sara Burrowes (25:45.8) and senior Nicole DeBoer (36:32.8) finished 83rd and 84th, respectively.

BOYS
Ackley finished 12th in the Unseeded Boys Race, clocking in at 19:17, and Hurd was 13th in 19:34.

Senior Gavin Schillmoeller was 60th for the Wolverines in a time of 21:26, while senior Sam VanDyke was 82nd in 22:38, and sophomore Brayden Hurd was 89th in 23:02.

Freshmen Andrew Earley (21:45) and Isaiah Fore (22:05) finished 67th and 72nd, respectively, for the Tigers, while senior Will Slater was 112th in 24:41, senior Colt Herrala was 117th in 25:36, and senior Dawson Pillhower was 136th in 30:16.

Tioga finished 11th out of 14 complete teams with 283 placement points. Montrose won the team title with 30 points, and Owego was second with 65.
