THE VALLEY "” Just a pair of volleyball games on Tuesday's docket as the regular season winds to a conclusion on both sides of the border.

Waverly (6-9) at Watkins Glen (3-12), 5 p.m. JV start: The Lady Wolverines are coming off a sweep of Watkins Glen at home Monday night, and will close out the 2021 regular season tonight at Watkins Glen.

Wellsboro (7-12) at Athens (6-9), 6 p.m. JV start: The Lady Wildcats are coming off a 3-1 loss at Corning Monday night, while the Lady Green Hornets were swept at Coudersport.

Athens wraps up the regular season Thursday when it hosts NTL powerhouse North Penn-Liberty.

Just two weeks ago, Wellsboro swept Athens.
