THE VALLEY — Postseason baseball and softball rolls on Monday with a trio of games, with all three Valley teams on the road as lower seeds in win-or-go-home games.

BASEBALL
Section IV Playoffs
Class B Quarterfinals
6-Waverly (10-9) at 3-Dryden (14-4), 5:30 p.m @ Gutchess Lumber Sports Complex, Cortland:
The Wolverines are coming off a 10-9 loss at Horseheads 11 days ago, while the Purple Lions edged Notre Dame, 6-5, in the IAC Large School championships game 10 days ago.

Waverly won the regular-season meeting between the two teams, 5-2, at home.

Class C Quarterfinals
7-Tioga (12-6) at 2-Lansing, 4:30 p.m.:
The Tigers are coming off a 5-0 win over Moravia Friday, while the Bobcats have been off since a 6-5 loss to Dryden on May 10.

Tioga beat Union Springs, 15-5, in the IAC Small School championship game, while Lansing topped U.S., 13-7, earlier in the season.

SOFTBALL

Class B Quarterfinals
5-Waverly (9-8) at 4-Owego (11-6), 4:30 p.m.:
The Lady Wolverines are coming off an 11-1 loss to Athens nine days ago, while the Lady Indians topped S-VE, 7-3, on May 15.
