THE VALLEY — Postseason baseball and softball rolls on Monday with a trio of games, with all three Valley teams on the road as lower seeds in win-or-go-home games.

BASEBALL
District 4 Playoffs
Class AA Semifinals
4-Muncy (18-3) vs. 1-Sayre (19-2), 4:30 p.m. @ Mansfield University: The Redskins are coming off an 18-8 win over Montgomery in the Class AA Quarterfinals Friday, while the Indians edged Southern Columbia, 3-2, Saturday.

On April 6, Sayre rolled to a 14-1 win over Muncy at Riverfront Park.

SOFTBALL
Section IV Playoffs
Class C Quarterfinals
7-Tioga (13-5) at 2-Union Springs (14-1), 3 p.m. @ Wells College: The Lady Tigers are coming off a 7-6 walk-off win over Harpursville Thursday, while the Lady Wolves received a bye.

Union Springs blanked Tioga, 6-0, two weeks ago in the IAC Small School championship game.

TRACK & FIELD
Tioga at Class D Championships, 2 p.m. @ Marathon H.S.: Seniors Mariah Nichols and Julia Walsh lead the Lady Tigers into the class sectionals, while the 400-meter relay team of sophomores Valentino Rossi and Ousmane Duncanson, and seniors Chris Walsh and Matt Watson looks to break its own school record, which it set at the IAC Championships last week.

BOYS GOLF
Waverly, Tioga at IAC Championships @ Soaring Eagles: Sophomores Tyler Roe and Evan Sickler lead the Tigers in the league championship, while the Wolverines have been led by five different golfers this season.

TENNIS
Waverly at IAC Championships @ SUNY Cortland: The Wolverines close out their 2022 campaign today at the league championships.

GIRLS GOLF
Waverly, Lansing, Vestal at Horseheads, 4 p.m. @ Willowbrook Golf Course: The Lady Wolverines close out the regular season, with the Section IV Championships set for Thursday.
