Horseheads won the first seven Section IV crowns, and returned to the top of the heap Thursday with a four-player aggregate of 354, well ahead of runner-up Corning, which carded a 376. Lansing was third with a 388, Waverly tallied a 437, and Odessa-Montour was fifth with 441.

Robinson shot a 95 — four shots behind ninth-place finisher Delaney Cook of Horseheads —on the 6,332-yard, par-71 Soaring Eagles course, while 8th-grader Addison Hunt carded a 107, 8th-grader Sophia Sileo had a 115, and freshman Maddie Farnham added a 120.

Freshman Lauryn DeLill tacked on a non-scoring round of 122.
