NTL WRESTLING: SAYRE'S BROWN FINISHES SECOND AT JARVIS MEMORIAL TOURNEY (10 PHOTOS)(December 6, 2025) Valley Sports Report ATHENS — Junior Jordan Brown placed third in his weight class here Saturday at the annual Jarvis Memorial Tournament.
Brown went 4-1 on the day in the 189-pound weight class, opening his tournament with a 9-4 loss to eventual champion Patrick Braley of Falconer.
Brown bounced back with a 17-2 technical fall of Dallas' Kenny Martin, then received a forfeit.
Brown scored a fall over Liam Driscoll of Muncy in 70 seconds, then led Athens junior Connor Davidson, 13-8, when he was forced to issue a medical forfeit.
Freshman Amicio Lamanna was 0-4 on the day for the Redskins in the 127-pound weight class.
Sayre returns to action next weekend at the STWOA Tournament at Jamestown Community College.
