ELMIRA — Junior Ryleigh Judson and sophomore Kendall Rockwell combined for 34 points to lead Waverly to a 58-19 win over Ithaca here Saturday afternoon at the Elmira College Tip-Off Girls Basketball Classic.

Judson had 19 points, four rebounds, three assists, and three steals, and Rockwell, who made 7 of 9 shots from the field, added a career-high 15 points, with five rebounds and one blocked shot.

Senior Kaitlyn Sutton had eight points, including a pair of 3-pointers, five rebounds, three assists, and three steals for the Wolverines, while sophomore Lauryn Welles hauled down 11 rebounds, including five offensive boards, and junior Emma Richards-Randall had six points and eight boards.

Sophomore Kaylin Twedt added five points and eight rebounds, including five offensive boards, in the win, while senior Brilynn Belles had four rebounds, three steals, and one blocked shot, and sophomore Maci Wheeler chipped in with four points, five rebounds, three assists, and three steals.

Waverly, now 2-1, hosts Chenango Valley Monday.
