WOMEN'S COLLEGE SOCCER: WAVERLY GRAD KROMELBEIN COLLECTS GOAL, ASSIST IN BROOME CC WIN (2019-09-27)

SYRACUSE — Waverly grad Kayla Kromelbein, a sophomore on the Broome CC women’s soccer team scored one goal and handed out one assist Wednesday in a 5-1 win at Onondaga Community College.

Kromelbein’s assist came on a goal early in the second half that gave BCC a 3-1 lead. She put the finishing touches on the scoring in the 78th minutes.

On the season, Kromelbein has played in six of BCC’s eight games — starting five. She has four goals and four assists, and has taken 27 shots-on-goal.

BCC, 5-3 on the season, returns to action Sunday when it hosts Hudson Valley CC.
