Blair fired an 83 to finish third "" his second top-5 finish of the season. He has finished in the top 10 in all four league matches.
Cowanesque Valley senior Austin Outman earned low-medal honors with a 73, and Wellsboro senior Joseph Propheta was second with a 77.
Wellsboro fired a four-man aggregate score of 337 to top Cowanesque Valley by 14 strokes - the small margin-of-victory of the season.
North Penn-Mansfield and Towanda tied for third with a 375, Sayre was fifth with a season-best 385, and Athens was sixth with a season-best 395.
Sayre sophomore Kannon VanDuzer finished 11th with a round of 90, while sophomore Dylan Seck was tied for 17th with a 94, and senior Jules Shay carded a 118.
Junior Kyler Setzer led Athens with a season-low round of 93 to finish 16th on the day, while freshman Cameron Sullivan shot a 101, senior Brady Smith added a 102, and senior Travis Jayne carded a 103.
Freshman Carson Smith and junior Carter Jones shot non-scoring rounds of 106 and 114, respectively.
