Waverly has four swimmers seeded in the top eight in individual events.
Sophomore Lourden Benjamin is the fifth seed in the 200-yard IM, and sophomore Willow Sharpsteen is the sixth seed in the 100-yard butterfly.
Junior Maggie Whitley is the eighth seed in the 50-yard freestyle, and freshman Sophia Desisti is the eighth seed in the 200-yard freestyle.
Waverly is the fifth seed in the 200-yard medley, and 200-yard freestyle relays, and sixth in the 400-yard freestyle relay.
The top 16 individuals in each event, and the top eight teams in the three relays advance to Saturday's Section IV Championships Saturday at Watkins Glen High School.
