Valley Sports ReportDALLAS, Pa. - Waverly gad Kennedy Wheeler, a freshman on the Misericordia women's swim team, recorded her first collegiate win here Saturday in her second collegiate meet.
Wheeler's first win came in the 200-yard medley relay, swimming the breaststroke leg. The Lady Cougar foursome finished in 1:59.55, with Wheeler swimming her leg in 27.22 seconds.
She also finished fourth in the 50-yard freestyle in a time of 26.77 seconds.
In her first collegiate meet, Wheeler finished second in the 100-yard freestyle in a time of 58.05 seconds. She also swam on a second-place 200-yard medley relay.
Misericordia, now 5-0, returns to action Saturday at the University of Scranton.
