Hurd clocked in at 21:22 on the 3.33-mile course, while freshman Isaiah Fore was 20th in 24:34.
Casey Herrala was 33rd in 27:51 for the Tigers, while Colt Herrala was 37th in 29:54, Dawson Philhower was 39th in 30:46, Jack Cary was 41st in 33:16, and Reed Cook was 43rd in 43:16.
Tioga finished fourth out of four complete teams.
GIRLS
Lexy Ward led the Lady Tigers with a 17th-place finish, clocking in with a time of 30:54, while Brooke Delmage was 20th in a time of 32:35, and Patience Card was 25th in 40:29.
