IAC VOLLEYBALL: TIOGA LANDS FIVE ON LARGE SCHOOL DIVISION ALL-STAR TEAMS (2023-11-30)

TIOGA CENTER - Tioga landed five players on the IAC South Large School Division all-star teams, including a pair of first-team selections in seniors Layni Whitmore and Megan Vance, in recent voting by the league’s coaches.

Senior Joslyn Maciak, junior Kali Bailey, and sophomore RaeAnne Feeko were Tioga’s second-team selections.

FIRST TEAM
Layni Whitmore, senior, Tioga:
A versatile player, and a force at the net, Whitmore had 79 kills, and 14 blocks, to go along with 100 service points, 88 digs, and three setter assists.

Megan Vance, senior, Tioga: A well-rounded player, Vance had 93 service points, 84 kills, and 68 digs.

SECOND TEAM
RaeAnne Feeko, sophomore, Tioga:
A dynamic athlete, Feeko had an outstanding first varsity season with 148 service points, 212 setter assists, 163 digs, 29 kills, and eight blocks.

Kali Bailey, junior, Tioga:
A fierce competitor, Bailey led Tioga with 103 kills, and also had 84 points, 139 digs, four blocks, and two assists.

Joslyn Maciak, senior, Tioga:
A steady performer, Maciak had 118 digs, 55 assists, 38 points, and 32 kills.
