STAC GIRLS SWIMMING: KITTLE, KELLOGG LEAD WAVERLY IN 101-49 WIN OVER WINDSOR (18 PHOTOS) (2024-09-24)

WAVERLY — Junior Mira Kittle, and 8th-grader Audrey Kellogg won four events apiece to lead Waverly to a 101-49 win over Windsor here Tuesday afternoon in STAC girls swimming action.

Freshman Lauryn Welles, and senior Lizzie Robinson were both triple-winners for the Wolverines, who improve to 3-0 on the season.

Kittle and Kellogg teamed with junior Olivia Cheresnowsky, and Welles to win the 200-yard freestyle relay in a time of 1:47.18.

Kittle, Welles, and Cheresnowsky teamed with 8th-grader Natalie Steck to win the 200-yard medley relay in a time of 1:59.4.

Kittle led a sweep in the 50-yard freestyle in a time of 25.44 seconds, while Cheresnowsky was second in 25.86 seconds, and Welles was third in 27.07 seconds.

Kittle also led a sweep in the 100-yard backstroke, winning in a time of 1:04.19, while Cheresnowsky was second in a time of 1:06.61, and 8th-grader Ayla Wheeler was third in 1:21.33.

Kellogg teamed with Robinson, Wheeler, and 8th-grader Brynna Twedt to win the meet-closing 400-yard freestyle relay in a time of 4:24.6.

Kellogg won the 200-yard IM in a tie of 2:38.56, and Twedt was second in 2:47.79.

Kellogg also led a sweep in the 100-yard freestyle, clocking in at 1:00.65, while Steck was second in 1:04.25, and Wheeler was third in 1:06.99.

Welles won the 100-yard breaststroke in a time of 1:18.23, and Steck was second in 1:19.58.

Robinson won the 200-yard freestyle in a time of 2:18.36.

Robinson also won the 500-yard freestyle in a time of 6:15.45, and Sophie Williams was third in 7:27.67.

Waverly returns to action Tuesday at Susquehanna Valley.
