Valley Sports ReportALLENTOWN — The Athens Wildcat Powerlifting team had three top-three finishers recently at the Pa. Teenage State Championship here at Parkland High School.
Lorelei Golden with 600-pound weight total, and Andrew Golden, with 1,000-pound weight total each finished second in their respective divisions.
Keegan Freeman placed third with a 760-pound weight total.
Haily Young and Parker Boers were first-time competitors who hit 225- and 300-pound deadlifts, respectively.
The team is coached by Nicole Golden and Caleb Hunsinger.
