ATHENS — Senior Rose Shikanga had a pair of top-three finishes, and four of her teammates also had top-three in finishes here Tuesday afternoon in NTL track & field action at Alumni Stadium.
The meet, hosted by Athens, also included Williamson and Towanda.
Shikanga won the 100-meter hurdles in a time of 17.13 seconds.
Shikanga was third in the 300-meter hurdles in a time of 57.84 seconds.
Junior Emma Cole finished second in the discus with a toss of 78-feet, 2-inches. She was ninth in the shot put at 23-feet.
Sophomore Declan Barry finished second in the 110-meter hurdles in a time of 22.09 seconds.
Sophomore Hudson Malanoski placed second in the shot put with a heave of 40-feet, 3 1/4-inches. He was sixth in the discus with a toss of 94-feet, 4-inches
Sophomore Glenn VanBenthuysen finished third in the 800-meter run in a time of 2:25.89.
Sophomore Neveah Rounsville was eighth in the triple jump at 23-feet, 6-inches.
Sayre returns to action Friday at the Lock Haven Invite.
