Valley Sports ReportHORSEHEADS — Senior Breanne Robinson paced Waverly, which fielded the only full team, in a four-team match here Friday in Section IV girls golf at Soaring Eagle Golf Course.
Robinson fired a 44, while senior Lauryn DeLill shot a 48, and junior Addison Hunt carded a 52 for the Wolverines. The trio finished fourth through sixth, respectively, in the individual standings.
Notre Dame's Evelyn Wheeler earned low-medal honors with a 40, while Vestal's Allison Yoon shot a 42, and Horseheads' Mady Weingard had a 43.
Junior Olivia Cheresnowsky added a 56 for the Wolverines, and freshman Emilia Mitchell tacked on a non-scoring round of 57.
Waverly returns to action Monday at Corning Country Club.
