BASEBALL
Athens (13-2) at Cowanesque Valley, 4:30 p.m.: The Wildcats pulled out an 8-7 win over NP-M Wednesday, while the Indians blanked Sayre, 10-0.
Wyalusing (3-12) at Sayre (0-13), 4:30 p.m.: The Redskins are coming off a 10-0 loss at Cowanesque Valley Wednesday, while the Rams have been off since an 11-1 loss to Athens last Thursday.
Owego (12-2-1) at Waverly (10-5), 5 p.m.: The River Hawks clinched the STAC Central Division with a pair of wins over the Wolverines, including a 4-1 win Wednesday.
SOFTBALL
Athens (14-1) at Cowanesque Valley (7-7), 4:30 p.m.: The Wildcats are coming off a 1-0 setback to NP-L Wednesday — their first loss of the season, while the Indians edged Sayre, 5-4.
Wyalusing (7-8) at Sayre (2-11), 4:30 p.m.: The Redskins are coming off a 5-4 loss at Cowanesque Valley Wednesday, while the Rams dropped an 8-0 decision at Northwest Area Friday.
Tioga (10-2) at Newfield, 4:30 p.m.: The Tigers are coming off a doubleheader sweep of Groton — 18-1 and 24-5, while the Trojans are coming off a 14-0 loss to Union Springs.
Tioga won the first meeting of the season, 16-1.
