Valley Sports ReportLATROBE, Pa. — Waverly grad Payton Fravel, a freshman on the Hilbert College football team, got his first taste of collegiate action Saturday in the Hawks' 28-7 loss to St. Vincent.
Fravel notched six carries for 13 yards, including a long of 6 yards.
St. Vincent led 14-7 at the half, then scored TDs about four minutes apart midway through the second half to ice the win.
Hilbert College returns to action Saturday when it hosts Alfred State College.
