Tioga County Sports ReportPITTSFORD, N.Y. — Waverly grad Nathan DeLill, a junior on the St. John Fisher football team, had first reception of the season in the Cardinals' 28-23 win over St. Lawrence Saturday.
DeLill had one grab for four yards.
The catch came on third-and-3 at the St. Lawrence 11, and led to a Cardinal TD that upped the advantage to 28-10 with 4:5 remaining in the third quarter.
DeLill appeared in six games as a sophomore. He had one catch for four yards.
St. John Fisher, now 2-0, returns to action Saturday at the University of Rochester.
