Valley Sports ReportROME, Pa. — Sayre had two runners in the varsity NTL cross country tri-meet here Tuesday afternoon, and one competitor in the junior high race.
BOYS
Junior Glenn VanBenthuysen finished 14th in a time of 21:35, and freshman Jayden Sinsabaugh was 29th in 33:11.
Towanda topped NEB, 20-35, led by first-place finisher Boom Thompson, who clocked in at 17:35.
Junior High
Peter Menio finished 10th in the junior high race in a time of 14:00.
