Valley Sports ReportMOUNT PLEASANT S.C. — Tioga grad Caden Bellis, a freshman on the University of Pennsylvania wrestling team, won his collegiate dual meet debut for the Quakers in their 36-6 win over Campbell at the Throwdown on the Yorktown here Saturday on the USS Yorktown.
Bellis was one of five Penn freshman to win the first duals of their collegiate careers.
Starting at 174 pounds, Bellis scored a 6-1 win over Campbell's Ryan Bollentino to give the Quakers a 26-3 lead.
Bellis is 3-2 on the season.
Penn returns to action Saturday when it hosts Hofstra.
