WRESTLING
Tioga, Waverly, SVEC at Windsor Christmas Tournament, 10 a.m.: The longest holiday wrestling tournament in N.Y. State gets under way today with a 38-team field, including a pair of teams from Pennsylvania and one from Virginia.
Tioga junior Declan McKee and Waverly senior Troy Beeman — both former state champs — are the only locals to earn top seeds.
The following are the seeds for the local wrestlers and total number of wrestlers in weight class in parenthesis:
103 POUNDS (19)
Waverly 7th-grader Triton Floyd is the 12th seed at 103 pounds, while Tioga sophomore Drayke Ulrich is the 14th seed, and Tioga freshman Harold Corby is the 18th seed.
110 POUNDS (20)
McKee is the top seed at 110 pounds, and Waverly 7th-grader Mason Phillips is the 16th seed.
118 POUNDS (21)
Waverly freshman Avery Bowman is the third seed, and could face sixth-seeded senior Logan Bellis of Tioga in the quarterfinals.
126 POUNDS (32)
Tioga senior Kadin Cole is the third seed, and Waverly sophomore Rhylee Stotler is the fourth seed in a rugged 126-pound weight class. Towanda's Jayden Stranger is the 25th seed.
132 POUNDS (24)
SVEC senior Rodney Vaow is the eighth seed at 132 pounds, while Waverly senior Hudson Sink is the 14th seed, and Towanda senior Brighton Yale is the 15th seed.
138 POUNDS (24)
Tioga senior Jayden Duncanson is the second seed at 138 pounds, while Waverly senior Daltton Davis is the ninth seed, and SVEC senior Kam Westbrook is the 16th seed.
144 POUNDS (22)
Towanda sophomore Hagen Jones is the 10th seed at 144 pounds, while Tioga junior Caden Bradley is the 17th seed, Waverly senior Nico Rae is the 18th seed, and SVEC senior Kaden Jameson is the 21st seed.
150 POUNDS (25)
Towanda sophomore Gage Evans is the third seed at 150 pounds, while Waverly junior Parker Larson is the 14th seed, and SVEC freshman Gabe Benjamin is the 16th seed.

Waverly senior Cooper Robinson is the fourth seed at 157 pounds, and Towanda sophomore Reese Sluyter is the seventh seed.

Waverly junior Joey Mack is the 10th seed at 165 pounds, while Towanda junior Kolton McPeak is the 14th seed, Tioga senior Aiden Black is the 15th seed, Towanda junior Dillon Sbragia is the 19th seed, and SVEC junior Korbin Brenza is the 20th seed.
