BINGHAMTON — Freshman Colten Santalucia banged out a 700 series and three of his teammates rolled 600s in a sweep of Chenango Forks Thursday in STAC boys bowling action, while the Lady Wolverines also posted a convincing sweep here at the Ripic Bowling Center.
BOYS
Waverly 5, Chenango Forks 0
The Wolverines won the first game 1,115-847, then followed it up with wins of 955-875 and 1,130-969 for a total-pinfall win over 3,200 to 2,691.
Santalucia rolled a 735 series on games of 269, 221, and 245, while senior Maison Apgar shot a 654 series on games of 221, 190 and 243, and senior Derek Johnson had a 632 on games of 246, 184, and 202.
Sophomore Griff Walter shot a 614 series on gams of 193, 190, and 231, and senior Tristan Campbell added a 565 series, including a 209.
GIRLS
Waverly 5, Chenango Forks 0
The Lady Wolverines won the first game 881-595, then followed up with wins of 759-634 and 785-545. They also won the total pinfall count of 2,425 to 1,774.
Karis Hayes led Waverly with a 586 series, including a 211, while Rylie Witman shot a 522, and Emily Houseknecht added a 491.
Ariel Houseknecht added a 468 for the Wolverines, and Aby Apgar tacked on a 358.
