NTL GIRLS BASKETBALL: LITZELMAN POWERS NP-L TO 60-20 WIN OVER SAYRE (2026-02-08)

SAYRE — Haley Litzelman scored 26 first-half points to help North Penn-Liberty to a 28-point halftime lead on its way to a 60-20 win over Sayre here Monday night NTL Small School Division girls basketball action.

Litzelman pumped in 16 points in the first quarter, including a late 3-pointer that gave NP-L a 23-4 lead after the first eight minutes. Kendall Graham added a pair of 3-pointers in the first-quarter blitz.

Litzelman added 10 points in the second quarter of fuel a 14-5 run the gave the Mountaineers a 37-9 lead at the halftime break.

Graham scored 14 second-half points, including a trio of 3-pointers in the third quarter, to pace NP-L's offense.

Senior Rylee Lantz led Sayre with 11 points, 11 rebounds, and two blocked shots, while sophomore Brooklyn Roberts had five points, four rebounds, two assists, and one blocked shot, and senior Olivia Thompson had six rebounds, 10 steals, and one blocked shot. 

Freshman Allia Bennett grabbed six rebounds and blocked two shots for the Redskins, and sophomore McKenna Parrish added a 3-pointer.

Litzelman led NP-L with 33 points, including a trio of 3-pointers, and Graham added 22 points and six 3-pointers.
