Valley Sports ReportTHE VALLEY — Tioga will open the Section IV, Class C boys basketball playoffs on the road Wednesday with a long road trip.
CLASS C BOYS
Tioga (8-12), the 11th seed, will travel to take on sixth-seeded Unatego, Wednesday at 6 p.m.
The winner will advance to play at third-seeded Trumansburg Saturday at 6 p.m.
Notre Dame is the top seed, while Delhi is the 2-seed, Union Springs is the 4-seed, and Candor is the 5-seed in a loaded Class C field.
The semifinals will be placed March at Tompkins-Cortland Community College. The Class C title game will be played March 7 at 4 p.m. at TCCC.
