Valley Sports ReportTHE VALLEY — State-ranked Waverly can punch its ticket to the state baseball playoffs this afternoon at Maine-Endwell, while Tioga takes on Deposit-Hancock in a rematch of last year's Class C Championships games in the semifinals.
