Valley Sports ReportMANSFIELD — Southern Tioga rolled to a lopsided three-inning win over Sayre here Tuesday evening in the quarterfinals of the District 15 Little League Baseball Minors Division playoffs.
Southern Tioga, playing as the visiting team, poured 11 runs across the plate in the top of the first inning, then scored 15 times in the second inning, and nine times in the third for a 35-0 victory.
Jackson Shannon had Sayre's lone hit in the game.
Sayre will host Allegheny Mountain Friday in the opening round of consolation bracket.
