H.S. GIRLS SOCCER: TIOGA'S HOWEY NAMED ELITE CLUBS NATIONAL LEAGUE NORTHEAST ALL-REGIONAL ALL-STAR (2026-08-15)

Tioga sophomore Grace Howey, who plays for the Binghamton-based Western New York Flash was recently named an ECNL Northeast All-Regional League U16 all-star.

The Flash, which was coached by Athens Area High School varsity coach Rich Pitts, also featured another all-star in Chenango Forks' Aubrey McMullen.

The Elite Clubs National League was formed in 2009 with 40 teams. It now has more than 950 clubs in its various regional leagues.

The ENCL also has boys and girls U14, U17 and U18-19 leagues.
