THE VALLEY — Defending District 4 volleyball champions Athens and Sayre will tip off the 2026 season Saturday at the annual Williamson Tournament.

Athens, the defending Class AAA champ, will be in Pool A with Williamson, Cowanesque Valley, Northeast Bradford, and Coudersport.

Sayre, the defending Class A champ, will be in Pool B with Canton, Northern Potter, and defending Class AA champion Troy.
