SYRACUSE — Athens grad Kirsten Colegrove wrapped up a stellar college career at LeMoyne College recently, but LeMoyne College, with 2-1 loss to Pace University, narrowly missed the final playoff spot in the Northeast-10 Conference tournament.
Colegrove finished her senior campaign strong, scoring two goals and dishing out three assists in her final seven games.
In a 2-1 loss to Saint Anslem on Oct. 7, Colegrove scored LeMoyne’s only goal in a 2-1 loss.
On Oct. 17, Colegrove had two assists in the Lady Dolphins’ 3-1 win over St. Michael’s.
Just four days later, Colegrove scored her final collegiate goal in a 3-1 win over Bentley.
On Oct. 25, Colegrove scored her final collegiate point, assisting on the game’s only goal in a 1-0 win over Southern Conn. State
She finished her senior season with three goals and four assists. She took 58 shots, including 23 shots-on-goal, for a .397 on-goal percentage.
For her career, Colegrove scored 15 goals and doled out 22 assists, including a career-high 11 during her junior season. She had a career-high five goals during her freshman season. She also scored three of her five game-winning goals during her freshman season.
Colegrove took 199 shots in her career, including 94 shots-on-goal for a .472 on-goal percentage.
