ROCHESTER "” The Waverly-based Red Wave 11th-grade boys basketball travel team won the ROC City Cager Classic here Sunday with a 2-1 record.

Red Wave dropped a 69-64 decision to Interstate Basketball in its opening game, but bounced back with a 72-60 win over ST Wildcats.

After Interstate Basketball lost to RAP Spencerport, Red Wave claimed the title with a 70-39 rout of RAP Spencerport.
