WATKINS GLEN — Tioga improved to 4-0 ahead of its showdown with unbeaten Candor (3-0) Wednesday, with a sweep of Watkins Glen here Monday evening in IAC volleyball action.

The Lady Tigers won by scores of 25-6, 25-7, and 25-11.

Senior Chloe Bellis led Tioga with 12 points, including four aces, six setter assists, three kills, and three digs, while sophomore Emme Hall had 11 points, including six aces, four kills, and two blocks, and senior Madison Macumber had 10 points, including six aces, four assists, and three digs.

Senior Giovanna Rossi added seven points (two aces) and three kills, sophomore Julia Belles had seven points, junior Katelyn Perry added four points, and team-highs with nine assists, and six digs, and senior Allyson Chapman chipped in with four points and three kills.

Junior Ari Manwaring registered a team-high five kills for Tioga, while senior Bri Rossi contributed two points, three digs, and two kills, sophomore Molly Bombard recorded four assists and two kills, and junior Mary Taylor chipped in with two kills.

Carlie Baker and Kelsey DeMillo registered two kills apiece for the Lady Senecas.

Tioga travels to Candor Wednesday.

JV: Tioga swept Watkins Glen in the junior varsity match by scores of 25-9 and 25-13.

Austyn Vance led Tioga with 10 points, while Nina Spano had eight points and three kills, Mackennah Decker registered eight kills, Lily Mesler had four points, Brynn Hurd added three points and four kills, and Reese Howey chipped in with three points and two kills.
