MEN'S COLLEGE GOLF: SAYRE GRAD MURRELE CONTINUES STRONG FALL PLAY AT KEUKA COLLEGE (2019-10-01)

OSWEGO - Ryan Murrelle, a sophomore, continues his strong play this fall at Keuka, helping the Wolves to their best team score ever over the weekend at the Oswego State Fall Invite, and finishing second last Tuesday at the Elmira College Fall Invite.

At the Oswego State Fall Invitational, Keuka finished eighth with a team score of 662 in the two-day event.

Murrelle shot matching rounds of 78s to finish 14th with a two-day total of 156.

At Elmira College Fall Invitational last Tuesday, Murrelle tied for second with round of 75. He had one birdie and four bogeys, to go along with 13 pars 3-over par round.

Murrelle's finish was the best ever by a Keuka College golfer at the EC Fall Invite. His round of 75 tied his head coach Josh Robinson, a Tioga grad, for the lowest round by a Keuka golfer at the event.

Keuka College wraps up its fall schedule at the Nazareth College in Rochester on Oct. 12-13.
