YOUTH BASKETBALL: ORANGE REMAINS UNBEATEN IN WAVERLY REC. 5TH- & 6TH-GRADE LEAGUE (2019-12-02)

WAVERLY "” Orange picked up two more wins, and remain unbeaten in Waverly Recreation's 5th- & 6th-Grade boys basketball house league.

Red 33, Blue 19: Bryce Laforest scored 17 points and Porter Daddona added 10 to lead Red to a win over Blue. Gavin Hunt and Preston Besemer scored six points apiece for Blue.

Orange 33, Green 22: Griffin Walter led a balanced Orange attack with 10 points, while Hogan Shaw scored nine points, and Ben Shaw added eight. Carter Davies led Green with nine points.

Red 48, Green 32: Bryce Laforest pumped in 21 points to lead Red, and Logan Roskow and Aiden Doherty added eight points apiece in a win over Green. Peyton Robinson led Green with seven points.

Orange 43, Blue 19: Hogan Shaw scored a league-high 24 points, and Ben Shaw scored 13 to lead Orange to its fifth straight win. Preston Besemer led Blue with eight points.
