Josh Arnold scored four points in the first quarter, and Nic Bentley added an old-fashioned three-point play to help the junior Redskins to a 14-8 lead.
Kannon VanDuzer scored four points over the next two quarters, and Jackson Hubbard added a 3-pointer as Sayre added to its lead, taking a 30-23 lead into the final eight minutes.
Zach Garrity scored seven points in the fourth quarter, and Wesley Kelsey added four points in a game-clinching 14-6 run.
Garrity led a balanced Sayre attack with 11 points, while Arnold scored seven, VanDuzer and Hubbard added six points apiece, and Kelsey chipped in with four.
