MEN'S INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: ATHENS GRAD WALTMAN BREAKS HARTWICK COLLEGE RECORD AT EMPIRE8 CHAMPIONSHIPS (2020-03-03)

HOUGHTON, N.Y. - Athens grad Sean Waltman, a sophomore on the Hartwick College men's track & field team broke a school record in the 60-meter hurdles here over the weekend at the Empire 8 Indoor Track & Field Championships at Houghton College.

Waltman finished 13th in the 60-meters in a school-record time of 10.44 seconds, eclipsing the previous record of 10.45 seconds.

Waltman was also part of a sixth-place medal winning 1,600-meter relay, which clocked in at 3:56.86.

He also finished 11th in the pole vault, clearing the bar at 10-feet, 2-inches
