Valley Sports Report
THE VALLEY — The 2020 Section IV football divisional alignments and schedules have finally been released, with Waverly getting what appears to be a favorable division draw, but opening the season with back-to-back games against defending state champions, while Tioga is joined in its division by arch-rival Newark Valley.
